Founding Members of ODM

After briefly serving as Assistant Pastor of Fellowship Baptist Church in Richmond, VA (Rev. Curtis Bowman, Pastor) Rev. Daniel Crawford felt the calling of God to start a new church and preached his last sermon on February 28, 2016.

 

Rev. Crawford believed the Lord was leading him to continue his ministry, and after expressing the desire with his wife and other supporters, Open Door Ministry was born.

The first service of Open Door Ministry was held at 1444 N. Washington Street in Highland Springs, VA at 11:00 a.m.  Many worshippers attended and when the invitation was given, its first member was his sister, Lisa Crawford, followed by Deacons James and Kristy Beulah.
